The Toyota Prius uses the ‘wasted’ energy created by braking and decelerating to charge its intelligent battery system.
The car primarily runs on the quiet electric ‘Synergy’ drive and uses the petrol engine when extra performance is required. It may not be a sports car but this electric wonder with companion petrol engine can travel at speeds up to 95MPH (of course, our drivers obey all traffic regulations at all times!)
By utilising battery power wherever possible, particularly in built-up areas, we use less fuel and produce fewer emissions.
You can rest assured that all of the emissions we do inevitably produce are pre-offset by our tree planting programme before you get into the car!
